Were absolutely delighted with Florence’s hair cut, her skin is very sensitive ans can flare up easily however she returned from Elite all soft and in excellent condition. She is also very nervous and highly strung dog but she seemed to really enjoy her visit and was calm and settled all afternoon; we have had a few bad experiences in the past so are very pleased to find Elite.
